NRW Consults is a business consultancy, passionate about true partnerships and collaboration. For us, it is about helping businesses large and small to navigate the complex world of change that moves at pace. 

 

Our passion is balancing the development and enhancement of people performance, as well as the identification and improvement of workflow, processes, and systems efficiencies.​

We are not sure exactly where our spend is going or who we have on our books, and I am concerned we are repeating spend unnecessarily.

 

Our RFX activity is largely run through Excel, emails, and PDFs, and we struggle to keep up with demand with very little visibility into where we are making progress. We need a better way of working.

Our People

We have a lot of standalone training courses for our advisors and leaders, but there is no clear journey linking them.

There is no clear employee journey from onboarding through to senior leader roles in our organisation.

 

We need a program of events that gives our leaders of the future and leaders of leaders the skills to conduct effective and collaborative coaching sessions and one-to-ones.

 

Our engagement survey tells us our people do not feel invested in, and they are not sure how what they do links to the organisational strategy and vision.

Experiences

Building training delivery capability in Bangalore with a global banking brand. We helped design, source, assess, onboard, and contract a cadre of 12 facilitators for facilitation at each level of the bank's organization.​

 

Facilitators helped to increase quality of delivery and increase client and customer confidence while improving cost and margin.

Career pathways created for multiple functions within a division of a learning services provider; 320 people in scope. Working with leadership, HR, and employees, we mapped all 68 roles, competencies, skills, tenure, development plans, and buddies, all linked to other roles in the division.  

 

Creating transparency for career potential, improving engagement levels, and giving employees a clear route through to other functions or through leadership levels.

Building workflows, touchpoints, hand-offs, and notifications for a global vendor management team of 16 people. Reviewing workflow (RFX and contracting activity) that was being managed through Excel spreadsheets, emails, and Word documents.​With IT and legal support, we introduced smarter workflows, audit measures, flag statuses, and smart reporting and tracking. 

 

Contracting time reduced from 16 to 8 weeks.RFX activity from 10, 20, and 60 days to 5, 12, and 40 respectively. Supplier and client satisfaction also increased due to simplification, notifications, and visibility of status.​Revenue recognized quicker. Staff availability utilized elsewhere in the business.
